It’s about time we met.

Well hello there.

If you’re here to learn more about me, I can tell you that I push myself to say “yes” to those things that scare me–whitewater kayaking, working with preteens, saving house spiders.

Of course, it’s easier for me to do the things I love–backpacking, writing, painting, holding small moments in my hand and rubbing my thumb on them till they’re smooth.

When I’m not immersed in my art, I’m equally dedicated to my work as a counselor in Missoula, Montana, where I find fulfillment and purpose in supporting others
